1. Membership Access
● Upon payment, members receive access to our coaching app, online community, and program materials.
● Access is for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed.

2. Member Responsibilities
● Members must provide accurate contact details (full name, surname, personal email, and WhatsApp number).
● Members agree to follow all onboarding instructions, including app setup and enrollment into the online community.
● Members are expected to actively participate in the program (following the plan, attending group sessions, and engaging in the community).

3. Coaching Disclaimer
● Our programs are designed for educational and lifestyle support purposes.
● We are not medical professionals, and our services do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
● Members with pre-existing health conditions should consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting.

4. Results Disclaimer
● Weight loss results vary from person to person, depending on factors such as commitment, consistency, and health status.
● We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., a set amount of weight lost).

5. Payment & Refund Policy
● All payments are final.
● Refunds will only be considered if all of the following conditions are met:

1. Member has provided complete contact information.
2. Member has completed all onboarding steps.
3. Member has made documented attempts to contact the admin team after 30 days from initial payment.
4. Member has been actively following the plan and participating in group sessions.
5. Member can provide valid proof of payment receipt.
● If these conditions are not met, no refund will be issued.

6. Code of Conduct
● Members agree to maintain a respectful and supportive attitude within the community.
● Harassment, disrespect, or misuse of the program may result in termination of access without refund.

7. Privacy
● We respect your privacy and handle your information responsibly.
● Personal data (name, email, WhatsApp number) will only be used for coaching and program-related communication.

8. Amendments
● Pride Transformations reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time.
● Continued participation in the program implies acceptance of any updated terms.
