At Pride Transformations, we are committed to giving you all the tools, guidance, and community support you need to reach your goals. Because our programs are digital, personal, and involve immediate access to resources, we generally do not issue refunds.
However, in the rare case you feel the program has not been delivered as promised, a 100% refund may only be considered if all of the following have been met:

1. You have provided your full name, surname, personal email, and WhatsApp number.
2. You have completed all onboarding steps, including downloading the app and joining the online community.
3. You have made documented attempts to contact our admin team after 30 days from your initial payment.
4. You have been actively following the plan and taking part in group sessions.
5. You can provide a valid proof of payment receipt.
   If any of these conditions are not met, unfortunately, a refund will not be possible. Our aim is to work with you to overcome any challenges so you can get the most from your membership.
